They were so kind and carrying. My dog had to have back surgery this summer and I didn't realize how traumatized it left him. When I went in today to have his nails trimmed and he started trembling in fear. Not only did they let me hold him but they gently worked with him to cut his nails without hurting him as he wiggled. Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness, we greatly appreciate it.
