Beware, do not book here!! The guy that does the booking always always always messes up the booking and scheduling. I booked for my nails to be done at 12 PM and was waiting over an hour so I just left. This is now the third time they’ve done this to me.Services: Pedicure

I have given this place 2 chances and I am not going back. The price vs quality does not match. My experience the last time I went a few weeks ago- the tech did not listen to what I wanted and convinced me to do what she thought was "better". Now I'm not going to blame her for that completely because I could have pushed back and said "no- I want ABC not XYZ". Which I did- but she kept pushing her suggestion. My point is- why should I have to do that? Just do what I asked for. So I left the salon with a $70 set of ugly gel nails- I was shocked at that price, and I was even more shocked by how they turned out. Everything was great (customer service, cost, ambiance) but! The pedicure "spa" chairs are extremely worn out with ripped cushions and broken water faucets. Makes you think, What else are they not replacing!?
