A completely smooth experience from start to finish!I worked with William on choosing the right carpet based on my needs, preferences and budget. He listened intently and gave me a thoughtful recommendation -- and I chose a carpet that was very high quality without breaking the bank! He also gave me lots of great advice on maintaining the carpet, and walked me through other options that would be far less costly and far more costly so I could truly weigh all my options. From there, he ordered the carpet right away and kept me updated on its delivery.I also gave William my ideal time frame, and his colleague Miguel got the job done nearly a week early! Plus, Miguel tentatively said the actual carpeting would take 8-9 hours, but he and his team got it done in only 5 hours. (This was roughly 1,700 sq. ft. of carpet.)5-star experience and highly recommend, for sure. Very reasonable budget and excellent quality carpet.

We were nervous going to a small flooring store, thinking that Home Depot or Lowe's would give us a better value. But let me tell you, Bill was amazing, so knowledgeable, answered all my questions that I've ever had regarding flooring, that everyone else beats around the bush about. We installed carpet upstairs, vinyl flooring downstairs and feel well taken care of as far as price as far as quality and I am telling everybody I know about My Modern Floors and Bill's amazing service! We will be back, not for flooring because I feel my flooring will last a long time, but just to say hello to Bill!
