I'd be willing to give them more stars but I am constantly calling or texting Rosa wondering where they are. We've had the same schedule for the past several months. I plan my nap time and other things around them and then when my time suddenly changes it's annoying. As far as their services they do the basics and are reasonably priced.

Be prepared to get out your checkbook to pay for repairs for the damage they caused. I just paid a plumber to repair the water leakage problem under the kitchen sink AND the leakage coming from the shower head. Everything was working fine before they got here. I think the most interesting feature of their service was taking all the dirty dishes out of the sink and putting them away. They didn't wash the dishes ~ they just stuck them somewhere. I have no idea what they were thinking. I tried to call them about the plumbing problems immediately but no one is answering or returning my calls. No surprise there.
