Overworked and underpaid that's what this company is all about they will increase your work while also reducing your time and will never increase your pay so dont ask for a raise cause that's never going to happen. The office employees are the least helpful people that love to hear themselves talk and never listen. If you are looking to apply here just DON'T they do not know what they are doing.
I had the pleasure of working with Liberty Building Maintenance on 18,000 SF tenant improvement project, the cleaning task was no simple matter as everything was exposed and major glazing was involved, everything normally concealed had to be cleaned, along with restroom and common areas, Liberty did an exceptional job, punctual, professional, made sure we were happy prior to leaving the project; I look forward to working with Marcia and the Liberty team on future projects.
Every janitorial company will receive a complaint from time to time, but it rare that a tenant complains about their service from Liberty. The few complaints I have had over the years have always been promptly and professionally addressed. Marcia and her team are wonderful and responsive.
