I recently joined and honestly they need to hire more drs and specialists.Ive had drs call out left and right on me after waiting for referrals. This is getting out of hand and all of our health is on the line.

The worst medical group and their services so doctors are putting patients is frustrated state. Had lakeside for the 20 plus years and finally changed. Their service is the worst of all. My son has been sick and tried to contact Dr. Voleti but her nurse or the doctor never return my calls. The worst scenario I have to go to ER and get the necessary services. I am a nurse myself and taking care of his 1 week n/v/d and when I need her no answer. The office keeps cancelling appointments. I will definitely switch out of these doctors group and their service...lakeside or Regal. DO NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. BAAAAD

Sanny who answer the phone was very short with me. I was trying to book a appointment for my Daughter who is 13 years old, I didn't realize she had her appointment this year already for her 12 year old check up. See my child is there a lot for her health and breathing problems. However the she did not need to rude and short. This office is really sad they laid off a lot of people doing this pandemic. The only reason I still go to this office because of VASANTI and her staff. They are wonderful that why I am giving a 4 star.
