Leo and his team did an amazing job- they were responsive and easy to schedule. They did a much better job than the last team that cleaned my place, who did a "deep clean" , and they were more reasonably priced. I really appreciate how hard they worked and their attention to the smallest detail. Awesome job and I have now booked them for every 4 weeks.
Highly recommend L& L for your cleaning needs. Leo was able to accommodate our needs for a deep cleaning of our new home with short notice and was great at communicating back and forth. Staff was professional, friendly, and thorough. We are very pleased with the results! Thank you Leo and staff for your hard work.
I hired this company, like others because of the great reviews. This review comes after working with this company for 3 months. TLDR: this company is focused on cleaning your house quickly, not well, and will give you attitude when you call them out on it. They are inconsistent in their cleaning and will miss several spots unless you stay on top of them. The owner, Leo, and his wife came for an initial consultation for a deep cleaning. Their prices were higher than what I have been quoted, but I wanted a good cleaner, not a cheap one. The good: The deep cleaning was amazing and I got my moneys worth. They missed some spots, but after 8 hours, that was to be expected. I hired them to come every two weeks to maintain the cleanliness. The bad: the second cleaning after the deep cleaning was not as good. Not only did they finish the house in about an hour and a half, they missed all the spots I told them about in the deep cleaning, and others that I missed the first time. When I talked to Leo about it, he said he would get it next time, and didn't want to do it even though he was already at my house, because he put the equipment away.The second time he came, he took a bit longer on the house and really got every spot I needed, but I had to really stay on top of them and had to ask them to clean several spots they missed. To be fair, I also asked them to clean additional things, like just vacuum the fireplace (which took two minutes). Leo was frustrated with me, and that's fine, maybe I was micromanaging, but his attitude didn't sit well with me. When they left, I noticed several other missed spots. The third time they cleaned- today- was just not great. Leo quoted me initially at $150 for two hours and then finished today in an hour and a half, when I was asking him to complete the job by vacuuming up an area he missed, he said no because "the job is already done." I had him use my vacuum cleaner to finish it up. At this point, I'm upset- this has happened one too many times. When I bring it up to Leo, he said that the price I was paying was less than what we negotiated and that's why he takes less time on the house. Essentially, he said you get what you pay for, even though we agreed on the price. Look, as a small business owner, I understand your time is money, but justifying doing an inconsistent and poor job when we already agreed to a price is just not cool. We agreed this was not a good fit. I'm all for supporting local business and local families. I was really excited for this to work, because every once in a while they do a good job. But for them to charge as much as they do and not do basic/quick things, like clean dishes, wipe down the fridge etc,PLUS the attitude and the lack of attention to the details, this just isn't for me. I hope you guys have a better experience with Leo than I did, but this was just disappointing.
