We decided to have our complete roof repaired by Ferguson & Melvin roofing contractors because of their many good reviews on the Internet and also because they are a local contractor here in Santa Clarita. Our tile roof was just completed this month, May of 2024, and we are extremely pleased with the work. The project manager was Robert Paniagua and he was professional, helpful and carried through on every aspect of the job. His bid was competitive and thorough and he and his workers fulfilled every request that we made.All of the workers were very pleasant and respectful of us and our property. We got the referral from our neighbor. Robert was very professional and responsive. He gave us a detailed explanation of the needed repairs. The crew is friendly and efficient. Moreover, the price is very good. We are so happy with the job. Highly recommended!
