Don't be fooled by this guy's double talk, or you will end up getting sucked in by his bait and switch way of doing business. He also doesn't stand behind his work. Less than a year after he did the roof repair, it started leaking in the same place. He then claimed that he only did a "temporary repair", and wanted more than five times what he initially charged to correct the problem. Who would pay for a temporary repair, and why? We found someone who came highly recommended to repair the "repair" for roughly 25% of what Daniel wanted. Steer clear of this company! Year later and the roof is still leaking and we're now headed to small claims court. We had a leak December 2021, Daniel came out and gave an estimate, then three weeks later (after several no shows) it was "fixed." Three months later (first rain since the repair) it was leaking again. An employee returned and resealed it and stated if the problem persisted call and they would come back out. November comes and it rained again and the roof continued to leak. Daniel came back out and said it would cost 2500 dollars to fix. I asked if the 500 would count as a credit and was told no because "the roof was fixed and the repair was only temporary...read full review
