I'm very happy with my Powerwall installation by Citadel Roofing & Solar. Their communications were great from sales all the way through to close-out. The installation was clean, and exactly as described, and it all went about as smoothly as one could hope. When there was a (small) glitch, Citadel responded quickly and took care of it. What I really appreciate is how they helped guide me through the SGIP process with my power company, helping to ensure I would get the hefty rebate available because I live in a fire zone and have electrical medical equipment. No one does it better than Citadel Solar. They were very easy to work with and the process couldn't have gone smoother. The day of installation was also perfect. They arrived earlier than anticipated and had everything done by the end of the day. A very clean and professional job done by their installation team.

Five stars and the word "great" is truly not enough to describe how happy I have been with Citadels service. I was lucky enough to work with the Solar Project Coordinator, Brandi, and everything was smooth sailing. Communication with Brandi was amazing. She kept me updated on projects, timelines, and delays (not because of Citadel, but worldwide manufacturing delays). Returns emails and phone calls in timely manner, always polite and informative. Not only was Brandi fantastic, but the installers were so nice and great to work with. Thank you so much Citadel Roofing & Solar for making this experience a pleasant one.
