We have used CBC for many years. They do an excellent job which is why we keep doing business with them. Most recently Steve came to the house and worked on the carpet and did a fantastic job. We think their pricing matches nicely with the quality they provide.
I recieved a couple of quotes and selected another vendor. CBC was very responsive and asked the right questions about the job. They were the high bidder and I chalk that up to them operating out of Santa Clarita versus Palmdale where I live.
I was more than impressed by CBC and Gordon. I called around to several other companies for a solution for a unique design in my window frame that needed to be repaired or replaced. He really thought about it and put a lot of time and effort into finding the right material, cutting it to the exact size in the factory and getting it done promptly since I was on a deadline. The original pieces were glass, but he suggested onyx because unlike marble it is not porous, but like marble, it comes in three-quarter inch thickness, which is what I needed. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate and returned within a few days to actually do the project! Communication skills were stellar! Once here and ready to install it was painless for me. He worked harder than he expected to make sure it was a perfect fit. He was a perfectionist. it's sad that I lost my glass pieces on the side of the window due to breaking, but I'm thrilled that I found this company and everyone is so nice
