Chris was very quick to respond. Professional. Made the process very easy especially working around our three kids but still making sure our any problem was taken care of. Thoughtfully used eco-friendly products inside the house. And was thorough and efficient.

This locally owned business does a wonderful job keeping the unwanted pests away. They are worth every penny and more! We had a rat and spider problem and BugWars solved it right away. They are very upfront with their pricing and also very responsive to emails and text messages. We totally recommend these guys!

I used Bug Wars a year ago and then about a month ago. A year ago they came out, found the source of the ants and they were gone within a few days. Very pleased with their service and so called them again this year when the ants reappeared.This time the owner's assistant came out rather than the owner, Chris. He did not find the source of the ants and did a general treatment. It didn't take care of the problem. He returned, and again found no source did a treatment and ants were still there. On the third time, Chris came himself , he did find a source as well as we allowed him to do an inside treatment which we had not allowed previously. The ants were gone... read full review
