We had a broken pipe and was referred to American Craftsman Restoration. They immediately set up an appointment to inspect the property and handled all the supplements with the insurance company. I was extremely pleased with them. They always returned my calls promptly and kept me apprised of the status of my repairs. Selvin and Tito did amazing work and were meticulous. The whole team even went above and beyond to make sure we were back in our house for our daughter's high school graduation party. I highly recommend them.
American Craftsman EMS department recently responded to a flood I had from a broken pipe. They managed to bring all the drying equipment and fans. They placed it so responsibly and safely taping down all the cords, and checked on it every day. Because of their professional and responsible work it appears that my hardwood floors have been saved. This is a great company, with great workforce, employees are very professional and polite and I appreciate the level of expertise. If anyone needs water damage repair, I highly recommend this company.
