Alicia from American Craftsman Restoration really went to bat for my 88 year old Mom! My Mom had what we thought was a small water leak, actually became a major restoration project. Alicia really fought for her and was very kind and professional during the whole ordeal. She arranged the dry out, wood flooring replacement, wall repair, the mold removal, painters, movers, and so much more.
