My mom's dog passed away and every place we called to cremate our dog was charging up front and my mom had issues with her card. She had asked the staff here if they can do payments with her and they gladly took care of her, the receptionist was super sweet. We have been coming here for years and will always recommend thank you
So I do love you guys. You are the friendliest and most efficient clinic I have been too but sadly, you are no longer as "affordable." The dental price was raised quite a bit and when I went to my regular vet in the Antelope Valley, they will do the dental on my next dog for 349 dollars and that includes an IV catheter and fluids. That's their regular price. They are competent and not some fly by night operation. Due to increasing gas prices and inflation, I'll have to get my dentals for my dogs done up here. However, for the Santa Clarita area, I am sure you are affordable compared to clinics in that area. One suggestion: Clients should be asked before 25 dollars is automatically charged for a nail trim. 25 dollars is a half a tank of gas for me. I do think your staff is fabulous and if I lived in the area I would continue going to your clinic.
