We use them at our restaurant to repair our true refrigerator which was still under warranty. They came out twice to fix the problem and it's been several months sense without any more issues they came when they said they would, and were reliable.

I used these guys in the past it was neither good or bad, just what one would expect. Well, last Friday, in the middle of a massive heat wave, my upstairs condenser crashed. The fan was no longer turning. Knowing I was in trouble I started calling first thing in the morning. Of course they couldn't promise anything, expected, but they would call me back later. I tried several other companies and got the same results. Meanwhile its 90 degrees upstairs at home. I called back around 2, not to see if they were coming out as I expected them to be too busy, but to see if they could get me in on Saturday, Labor day weekend! Bill, the guy I spoke to wasn't optimistic and said they were booked solid, but he had a guy that was trying to get back to Santa Clarita, stuck in I5 north traffic and he would try to get him over to the house. Guy shows up at 4:30 in the afternoon, installs a fan motor that he thankfully had on his truck, and got me back in business. Seven more days of 105 degrees plus were forecast! In short I feel they bent over backwards to get out to service a former customer. They guy that came out was very good and professional. Bill, if you read this I asked your guy to get with me after the summer about replacing my system. I know it's huge money, but I would love to give you the business. Maybe touch base in November or so?

A1 was very prompt! They are very ethical. They could have 'found' a bigger problem and charged me, but instead no parts were needed and my furnace works great! Bill is professional and efficient. Thanks!Service: Repair HVAC
