Vikha was an exceptionally patient and knowledgeable sales lady. She entertained every single one of my gf's requests to see the narrow/medium/large versions of glasses she liked. She explained the amazing return policies when we were unsure of getting two pairs. Good service and huge selection with better prices than other boutiques.
Wonderful experience. Not typically a fan of Westfield - crowded, sometimes surly store folks. But Warby Parker nailed it. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, efficient, helpful, and easy to work with. The ophthalmologist was wonderful. We've been doing a bit of shopping lately - different cars, different appliances, and now glasses - and it is really clear that Warby has done something special with its hiring practices to deliver such a great customer experience.
I have purchased sunglasses at this store previously, but today I chose and ordered two pairs of prescription glasses. I came in with my own recent-eye exam prescription and my daughter to help me choose the frames. However, the staff would have certainly been able to help me find and chose frames if my daughter wasn't available. The staff is very helpful, the service was efficient and I was in and out quickly. They even do eye exams as I discovered today!
