Jordan arrived on time, and got right to work. Got the job done quicker than I expected, and was always polite. I can understand why this business has been around so long. I would certainly recommend this company to others!
We are very happy with our cleaning with The Carpet Solution. Jordan was very kind, courteous and helpful. He was even able to clean a very large melted wax stain out of the carpet. Very impressed!
We have used carpet solutions a couple times and every single time we are extremely satisfied with them. The owner is fantastic takes great ownership and we will continue to use them. We keep thinking we need to replace the carpet but then they come over and remind us that we don’t.
