It's no accident that the work TBS construction does is top-tier quality. If you look at Mamuka's bio you can see where the work ethic comes from. 3rd generation builder and it shows! The photos they have in their portfolio section on their website are stunning. I spoke with a very pleasant and courteous woman on the phone about TBS. I wish I caught her name, but she was very patient in explaining their process and I hope to work with them in the future

When we purchased this house for our family, we knew that we had to renovate it completely to make it not only comfortable but to make it our own. Finding a good construction company with the design-build approach was not an easy task. TBS Construction was our choice as they have a pristine reputation, knowledge, and expertise of the design-build process and the team of professionals that you can trust. Their Design-Build Process is structured, clear, and effective. Communication was flawless, and they seemed to be on top of any unexpected issues. The project manager was going the extra mile to pay attention to details and providing enormous support to other trades working on the project as well. We are very happy with our choice. House looks great and functions perfectly. Every room is tailored to our needs. It sure feels like our own home. We highly recommended TBS team!!!!

TBS has been my go to place when I need quality work done at my house. They have done plumbing work multiple times and it has always been outstanding. Cost of appliances and timelines have always been communicated to me ahead of time. Most recently they repaired extensive damage done by a water leak. Damage extended across three floors all the way to the basement and ruined my heater. TBS worked with my insurance and the city to make sure all the work was done up to the latest standards. They tested for mold and asbestos and replaced all the damaged structures and appliances. Multiple crews worked together to complete the work and I was very pleased with the results....read full review
