I called Steve about replacing Kitchen faucet. He quoted a price of $185 for replacing kitchen facuet. I asked him to replace the water filter faucet too. Instead of giving a quote and letting me decide he fixed it and charged an extra $135. When I mentioned that is more expensive (double the price )than the water filter faucet itself, he threatended to remove the new one and said that old one cannot be fixed. I regret calling him to get it fixed. Sharing this review so that others will not have a similar experience.
