Called to make an appt, a person answered just saying "hello". I had to ask if this was the salon. She said "yes". I asked if they had any appointments available for haircuts? She asked, "today?" I said, "yes", she said "no" and hung up on me!!!! I guess they don't make future appointments

Today I received a haircut from Bao. I told him what hairstyle I wanted and he did a great job listening and giving suggestions with the style I had in mind. He paid close attention to detail while cutting my hair and I like the way he style/brow at the end. My hair style looks really nice and matches the shape of my face which is something I've always struggled with when getting haircuts. I'll definitely come back for my next haircut.

I had a wonderful experience with Yuka!! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them and they are beautiful! She did a great job of hearing what I wanted and choosing the perfect design.
