“This is my first time ever getting a facial. I entered into the small lobby where there were lots of skincare products on shelves and stuff. I had an appointment with Ally and was brought into a room. It was for the Gentleman's facial. It started with a quick skin analysis which I think she just looked closely at my skin (on my face) and it was determined that I had somewhat dry skin (but not terribly), then she steamed and cleansed it, cleared some whiteheads / blackheads, scraped off some dead skin (I forgot what this was called), then massaged some moisturizer into my face, then ended with a cold mask while I got a shoulder and scalp massage. It was so relaxing and my face was definitely glowing after. I'm definitely adding this to my self-care routine!“

The workers doesn't speak English very well but they're caring. Vivian really made me feel like she cares for my hair and she went through the steps carefully to achieve the haircut I like. Thank you! :) overall I liked how my hair turn out. I didn't give it 5 stars bc at the end they didn't explain my bill (because there were multi-steps for my hair procedure) they just told me the total cost without letting me know how much each procedure cost.
