My daughter is really scared of the dentist, so when she needed a tooth pulled, she was very nervous. Dr. Adrienne Nguyen and her assistant were amazing, they were so calm and patient, even when my daughter kept asking a million questions. It took almost two hours just to get her comfortable enough to go through with it, but Dr. Nguyen and her assistant didn't rush us once. They explained every little step to her, and by the time we were ready, the whole thing took just three quick minutes. My daughter left smiling, and I couldn't be more grateful!
Dentists and staff are generally personable and help make my kid feel comfortable. I will say that some dentists could do a bit better with engaging the parents as well though and not just thier child. The location is central and the little tooth mascot is very cute.
My daughter has been going to Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics for the past several years and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to greet us warmly and created a calm, inviting environment. My daughter was really scared about getting her teeth cleaned, but they were so attentive to her fears and made sure to address them right away.
