Wash & Fold service leaves something to be desired. The clothing is clean, well folded, no complaints there.

Show up, nobody is around to take drop off. Call, nobody picks up. Call again, okay, they'll be there. Show up, office is closed, knock & call, finally somebody takes my drop off.

Drop off service was cash only(?) I offered card, they said cash.

Price changed between drop off & pick up. I've also gotten calls where, "We're leaving early today, I know I said 4pm pickup, but can you pick up at 2? If not come tomorrow."

Getting your laundry dropped off & picked up is very unprofessional. The level of service is barely acceptable for a family...read full review

The worker guy( Asian guy)pretty cool but honestly the washers left extra water in your clothes... This method is to make you spend more money drying. Ugh so frustrating! I tried this place a few times. guy said put too many clothes but each time even when I only loaded 1/4th still same results Too bad Lost my business..

They ruined all of my whites because they obviously washed them with my new blue jeans. Now they're all baby blue... They closed before I got home so I really hope they try to make this right tomorrow.I will leave another post with tomorrow's visit...I'm not real happy at this time !!!
