I am a Property Manager and Broker. I have used Quality 1st Services for over 15 years to take care of all my janitorial and maintance issues for my commercial properties. They are without a doubt the BEST. They have come through for me on so many occasions and addresses any and all issues or problems! Their staff is awesome. They have the ability to do all different types of jobs in commercial maintance and janitorial. They are skilled in all aspects of building maintance. Their staff are dependable and professional. I am so grateful to have them!

Mr. Furst is by far the best man you'll find for the job. Greatest prices around with the highest quality service you'll find. This man truly takes pride in his work and you will never find me using anyone else in the area. He is extremely knowledgeable on a BROAD range of servicing, and there isn't a man out here that I trust more or hold in higher esteem. If I had an extra star to give I would. Mr. Furst, simply put, is all that is man. 10/10
