We recently had the pleasure of having Ron Paris Construction remodel the apartment complex where we reside. Our apartment complex management company tends to go with the cheapest bidder, so we weren't expecting much when our windows, inner and outer walls, duct work and roof needed to be replaced. The entire apartment complex had fallen into years of disrepair, and Ron Paris Construction was hired to remodel. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, expertise and professionalism that we found with this company! Not only did all of the work get completed with fantastic results, but the entire crew acted with great care to make certain that we weren't inconvenienced by the work. In our unit, we had nine large windows replaced with energy efficient and noise-reducing sliding windows. Not only do our new windows and sills look great -- but they greatly reduced the outside noise that plagued the inside of our apartment! We live across the street from a CalTrain station in Palo Alto (on busy Alma St/Central Expressway). For the first time since living here, we slept soundly because we weren't awakened by the noise of trains or traffic! Regardless of whether they were working in our living room, kitchen, bathroom or outside, the crew of Ron Paris Construction made certain to do a first rate job and to clean our apartment prior to leaving. Although they were fast and efficient, they also took the time to make sure that they did the work right. After finishing the windows, the crew matched the existing paint perfectly -- and it looked better that when we moved in. This wasn't just the case for our unit. All of our neighbors said the same about the work done elsewhere in the apartment complex. Some of the units needed major work and Paris exceeded all of their expectations. The apartment management was impressed as well. It seems odd to write a review for this company (since I wasn't the person actually hired them for the work), but I can't help but say just how impressed that I was with their work. I have lived through other remodels, but I don't think that I have felt quite so satisfied with the completed job, work ethic and friendly professionalism! Kudos to Paris Construction for a job well done! Construction companies are often placed in the same category as mechanics or other repair shops. You end up getting less for more from dishonest guys out to make fast bucks. HOWEVER, this isn't the case with Ron Paris Construction! If you need trustworthy carpenters and a do-it-right-the-first-time construction company with great rates, then Ron Paris Construction is the company for you!
