Its not her personally. She is skilled with hair cleanings no issues . However in ordering units it is an epic fail. Not only are her prices For orders ridiculous she orders them wrong. You give her a sample 2 at a time and for guys too thick wrong color etc. She refuses to accept responsibility will not re place nothing. Im talking hundreds each. She really deserves a one star but her personality saves it to 2. Its just shocking with decades of experience she cannot even make a common sense order for the age of the client. Full cost was eaten and a new stylist ordeed and it was perfect. Avoid. Also the salon is in a poorly maintained building with 70"s interior vibes. AVOID.
