I've had an amazing experience with the CA Jennifer. I worked with her for several different purchases and it was evident throughout my experiences, she truly cares for her clients and she listens. Unfortunately, I didn't have this experience with other employees while in the store, they all similarly had a judgmental glare. However, Jennifer stands out and I recommend requesting for her should you choose to shop in this location - she is truly a gem.

So the leather Sarah wallet I spent over $950 on, basically $1G-the button completely came off and I only used it twice. I've only had it for 2 months. Long story short I was able to exchange it for a handbag, and pay the remaining balance which was awesome. I received 40% off my Alma bb and it was my first ever epi leather. Lauren was very patient with me and made the whole experience enjoyable and a memorable one. I highly recommend having Lauren as an SA especially if it's your first time. FYI just a little tip it can be extremely humid inside the boutique, so bring your own water! My throat was dry as hell lol, and they ran out of water! Thankfully my husband grabbed some for me-and please be aware of your surroundings when shopping inside LV. There was a brief moment when a group of 18 year old juveniles walked in and I swear I thought they were gonna rob the place-even with security there. Don't shop alone. Be safe and you can request the discreet "big brown bag" shopping bag to carry around so you're not being followed to your car, etc once you're done shopping at LV. Enjoy folks!

QUINN IS FANTASTIC!! I was looking for a specific item from the Spring in the City collection, and was informed that there was only one left in the entire country! Once the items from this collection sold out, the inventory would not be replenished, so I knew time was of the essence in locating this item! I called the Louis Vuitton boutique in Bloomingdale's Valley Fair, and the wonderful Quinn answered the phone! He was not able to locate the item in the boutique, but immediately offered to place an order for me!! Needless to say, I was beyond thrilled! My new item arrived 3 days later, packaged beautifully! Quinn was extremely friendly, personable, and just a pleasure to work with! If you're in need of an amazing Client Advisor, definitely ask for Quinn!!
