We called Bravo Locksmith on a Sunday and Alex came out in 20mins (eta was 25min) and helped us open the door within minutes. Turned out it was the key copies from Home Depot that was bad. So feedback or Help Q&A, which I couldn’t locate in KeyMe box, should add a statement “additional keys made with premium upgrade may look different from your original, and will operate like your original key.”“
