Dale and his crew at L&L Gutter Service removed and replaced all of the old gutters on my residence in February 2008. I had 3 estimates from different companies and chose the lowest, which was L&L. The old galvanized gutters were installed 20 years ago by another company and L&L's job was superior in their attention to detail and neatness. They took the time to make the gutter installation look professional and mounted them correctly. (unlike the old gutters) L&L also provided quick and professional service AFTER the job was completed and paid for. I called them up and asked for some additional custom modifications and they responded quickly after the initial call to help out with my special request. As a result of their honest and reliable work, I asked them to work on another house a few months later. They provided me with the same professional service at the same reasonable price. I'd use them again based on the service I received.

These people were a total joke. They caused additional damage to our house that was unrelated to the gutter and we ended up having to pay another contractor to repair their damage. They did not clean up after themselves at the end of the day. They did not place the roof flashing back after hanging the gutters. We had to go and fix their work after they were 'done'. We had to insist that they hang the gutters sloped AWAY from the house and had to make them redo their work until they got it right. That shouldn't be something that a home owner should have to tell a gutter contractor! As we discovered that we had a problem with the work and damage, when we approached the contractors, they gave us attitude. After calling their supervisor for escalation, he also gave us attitude and talked down to us. Thumbs down! I do not recommend them unless you like headaches, cleaning up after your contractors, repairing damage that they do to your house and correcting their sloppy work.
