If you have a favorite hairdresser who works here, then it's a great arrangement. The salon is clean, bright and modern. But parking is a challenge. So allow an extra 5 minutes to find a parking spot: during busy hours it will be on the side street.

Took my kid here. I showed a picture of the desired haircut and the male stylist (Jeff?) kept on asking the same question all the time, "what length?". In other places they understand what the desired length should be from the picture but not here. Not sure what answer the stylist was expecting from me (exact length in inches maybe?) when he repeatedly asked this question. The end result wasn't even close to the picture.

Walked in as it is my neighborhood and walked out with an dissatisfied hair cut. They performed a 15min cut with minimal attention to detail and charge you $40. The other extra services like shampooing and drying done in disinterested manner. The owner couldn't get the card reader working so I had to send it via zelle. Extra daiyaki service was a nice touch which was delicious though. Compared to the nice cut I've received in Korean 2 month ago, now my hair now looks kinda dumb. I'll most likely get a retouch somewhere else. No intention to revisit but will probably try the daiyakis next time.
