We recently purchased a new home with an unfinished backyard. As our first home and a new home, we wanted to make sure we didn't just hire anyone to transform our backyard from dirt to a place for the kids to play and for guests to hang out. We could not be happier with our choice in hiring Konig Construction. We seriously have zero complaints and are more than satisfied. Not only were they professional and quick, their work was amazing and beautiful. We did pavers for our patio and part of our backyard and grass for the other side. This is a long overdue review as we just completed our back/front yard project. All the 5 star reviews about Marcos and team are true and we are so lucky to have found him through Yelp. I saw the great reviews, reached out to Konig and Marcos responded quickly. He came out and gave us a reasonable quote for the work we plan to do with our house (replaced the entire front, back and side yards with pavers, lights on steps/wall, veneer existing wall with ledge stones, add an outdoor kitchen with pergola, outdoor shower, fire pit, French drains, add decking around the new pool we were building and replace our fence). Hired them based on Yelp reviews. As soon as they started work demolishing our yard, the Bay Area winter deluge began. The poor landscapers would come in and work in spite of pouring rain and winds. They kept steadily moving forward week after week, regardless of weather. We are very happy with our yard and have been spending hours outside daily! Very friendly owner, Marcos, and hardworking, efficient staff.
