I came in with some glasses I ordered online from VSP. The frame was wayyyyy too tight and they really hurt my head. I came in to ask for an adjustment as this place also accepts VSP and they happily took my frames. They adjusted it just once and the frames felt so much better. I was in and out in 5 minutes and they were really kind and quick!

Iris Vision is hit-or-miss as you can tell from the massive variance in reviews.My exam last year with one doctor was fine; standard eye exam, my questions were answered, the prescription has worked out great.This year, different doctor that was definitely lacking in “bedside manner”. Not horrible, just not thrilling.Other than that it’s a typical optometrist. The staff at the front desk are friendly, polite, and helpful. If you’ve got a trickier prescription things take a bit longer, etc.

We moved out of Santa Clara, but we still come back to Iris Vision once a year to order our new glasses. They are very friendly, and their staff helps us keep updated on upcoming appointments, glass pick up etc.
