I had an amazing experience getting my nails done here! Icy did my nails and she is so detailed & made my nails look so pretty! My cuticles look so clean and I know this manicure will last very long! The design is so cute & I definitely recommend coming here.
Jenny is amazing - I've been to several different professionals over the years to get my lashes lifted and they've always had trouble with one side. Yet, Jenny was able to lift both sides evenly; you would never be able to tell that one side is as stubborn as it is. Also my got my brows touched up pain free. The studio is clean, tidy, and super relaxing. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Grateful to have a place to go to that won't leave me with burned or uneven lashes.
Ok listen up... I have been getting my lashes done since 2017... that is SEVEN years worth of lash techs, different styling techniques, appointment conundrums, price fluctuations - you name it I've experienced it: from chain companies to students just learning how to apply my lashes, I have experienced it all at this point. and I could go OFF on how terrible it be sometimes lol I have been going to Jenny for the past TWO years now and have never been happier. The professionalism is something I missed from my countless other experiences - she listens to your ideas but applies her own expertise and sets expectations realistically. she is gentle and quick when applying, the technique she uses holds nicely with very little premature fallout and my natural lashes are not damaged in the slightest. If I want to be adventurous and try a new style we can have open conversations about it and she can tweak it based on my eye shape and lifestyle... Scheduling is easy, communication is quick, pricing is rational consistent and transparent - workspace is comfy and clean. I don't view this as a chore but as a little fun pampering every two to three weeks. I get compliments ALLL the time - I like a nice natural look with just a pinch of glam and she gives me just that. People notice my lashes for their beauty - when I went to get my brows laminated the other day my brow tech asked what lash serum I use and I told her they were extensions and she was SHOCKED. she couldn't see any glue or indication that my lashes were extensions - just that they were long full and GORGEOUUUUUS. So yeah!! I definitely recommend Jenny. I trust her expertise and judgement so I am STOKED to invest in other stylists at iColor Beauty Lab!
