Went in to just have my hair washed. Scrubbed my scalp with her fingernails which was uncomfortable. When she was done she used a comb and brush and really ripped at my hair to get the tangles out. I asked her if she would put some detangler on it to make it easier. She waited till her brush was full of my hair before putting any on. I guess they don’t have much experience with the washing or comb out part of a hair cut.

They normally do a good job here cutting my hair. However, this time the app wouldn’t let me check in because I missed the check in cut off by 1 minute so I showed up 25 minutes before they closed and there were 2 people in front of me, but they turned me away because they said they couldn’t finish cutting my hair before they closed.. Not sure it’s good practice to turn away paying customers.. I’ll consider finding another place with better customer service.

Unfortunately did not like the hair cut :/ I gave myself a better cut after going home watching Brad Mondo's tutorial. I don't really know which location of Great Clips is good enough. Supercuts on the other hand is usually nicer.
