I've been coming here for 9+ years and I have to say that the owner is amazing when it comes to cutting my type of hair which is very straight, a typical Asian male hair. I have a very specific style which she is able to make every time for this long which is the amazing part. She has a degree and training to cut, style, color, etc. hair which is also a plus. Price is also on the higher end, but compared to the Bay area, it's considered average. She is popular and I recommend calling ahead of time to set an appointment, especially on the weekends. She is also off Sundays and Mondays.

This review is very overdue. A year or so ago, Grace gave me the best haircut and digital perm that I’ve ever had in my life. It was exactly what I asked for- as short as possible but still being long enough to tie. My hair felt incredibly light but was full of body and made me feel beautiful, yet it was easy to manage and never got tangled. She turned down other hair appointments, so she could just focus off my hair since I was asking for both a haircut and digital perm, which was very time and labor-intensive. I recently visited for the first time to get a haircut. I called the day before and got an appointment despite her busy schedule. The lady was so sweet! I loved the final result--she made it look really nice, even though I didn't have any reference pictures and only verbally described what I wanted. I felt very comfortable in this salon and will definitely come back when I'm in the area.
