Just had Fuse install a Heat Pump Water Heater. The whole process was great. They were very clear and detailed when they came out to do the quote. Their price was competitive. Explained all the rebates. The folks that came out to do the work were friendly and completed the work on time with no problems. Their work (plumping and electrical) was very well done. I would hire them again the next time I need something like this
Alex was very professional and did a great job explaining all aspects of the diagnostic of our annual heater service. This is our first time using Fuse and we are very pleased with the service provided.
Max was punctual, efficient, easy to talk to and effective. Diagnosed the problem quickly, returned with proper equipment and parts. Installed the new one, showed me it all worked properly, left me with the old unit as well in case I had any questions or needs. I would use this company again.
