I found Rob at Train Rugged by way of Google. I was planning to be in Santa Barbara for a few months but wanted to keep up my fitness and was ready to invest in 1:1 training. As an endurance athlete who trains for a lot of marathons, I’ve done personal training in the past, but none compared to the level of training and expertise that I found with Rob. He’s so detailed and intentional with every workout and zeros in on your form like none other. I truly learned so much from him and saw a big difference in my running and overall way of life… in just a few short months. Highly recommend training with Rob. It’s worth the investment in yourself!

Rob is an excellent trainer! He’s very knowledgeable and has had extensive experience working with many people with different exercise needs. I’ve become much stronger even though I have some fitness challenges with past injuries. He’s also very personable and respects your opinion as to what you think will benefit your fitness goals.

Rob really knows what he is doing! His cue's are always right on time and seem to target exactly when and where my body need it. In Rob's class my body and mind are challenged but in a very subtle and deep way that is gently yet impactful! Thank you, Rob!
