Steve did an excellent job of cleaning and replacing the roller system in my old HP laser printer first purchased in 2008. He offered advice on the phone, initially, to change the color cartridges since I was getting red streaks when printing. I had extras on hand since I knew they were getting low anyway. That solved some of the issues in itself. The printer might be older but it works like new again! Thank you Steve!

Stephen is the new go-to for any printer or tech issues at our office! After weeks of an obnoxious scraping noise coming from our HP LaserJet printer, we finally decided to call a professional. Stephen was so flexible and easygoing, working with me graciously through several scheduling hiccups on my end. When he got here, he examined the printer, and made sure to keep me in the loop on what he was doing and why. He explained the issue (and fixed it!), gave helpful insight on our printer for the future, and reassured us we didn't need any major expensive service or repairs. He is transparent, easy to work with, and very skilled at what he does. We'll definitely be using him again!

What excellent service! I had a brother fax machine that work weeks kept jamming every single fax coming through. I called tek and the nice woman said she'd have someone call me back after I provided her details of my issue. Not only did Stephen call me back within 30 minutes, he came straight to my office within an hour of me calling and had my fax machine fixed in about 5 minutes! He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using TEK again for our office tech needs. Kudos to Stephen for being SO helpful and friendly. Customer service like that goes a long way. Thank you TEK!
