It's hard to believe that the tanning salons in New Jersey where I came from would be so much better than the ones in Southern California but this has proved to be the case. Compared to what I'm used to at home, I found this establishment, while clean and run by nice people, to be very noisy and lacking modern equipment. But it seems to be the only game in town, so when are you going to do?

Being the only tanning salon in Santa Barbara, Tanners Cove offers affordable tanning packages, vacation packages, and daily specials!! My personal favorite is Tan Tuesday $15 spray tans. The amazing team of girls have the best pre and post care routine/tips for maintaining your spray tan! I am always welcomed when I first walk in and the amazing team of girls are always accommodating to my needs! From my personal experience, I have always left the salon satisfied with my tanning experience!!

Prices are reasonable and they offer a good variety of discounted packages. The salon is dated and has a tight feeling but it seems clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and down to earth, which is important in a place where one might feel a bit vulnerable. The out dated aesthetics is the reason I didn't give this place 5 stars. I plan on going back. :)
