“A great spa experience at this boutique location that is near state street in Santa Barbara. I came with a bachelorette party, and some of us got a facial and/or massage, and the spa staff handled our party of 6 like pros. The place is small so half of us did our treatment while the others shopped down the street, and we then switched places when they finished. They have a small parking lot in the back, which was helpful. I enjoyed my facial and massage and was very relaxed. Price-wise, both were $220 without tip. Overall, a good experience with friendly staff and the price seems to be in line with what the market is offering for these services. After the fact, I needed an itemized receipt and the person who answered the phone was able to accommodate.“

I had literally picked up my prescription for accutane, which I swore was going to be my absolute last resort after struggling with cystic acne for 10+ years, but decided to try her as my final attempt to clear my skin before trying accutane. If you are looking for a fancy massage place this is not the place but if you are looking for a good massage at a reasonable price and good service then this is the place for you.“

“I received a gift card for Treat & made an appointment for a facial. Jamie was the technician & she was fabulous. Everything used smelled great, and she did some lymphatic drainage that felt wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful and rooms are private and quiet for your service. Absolutely no complaints about service, atmosphere, or value. However, the prices were on a card that came with the gift card; on their website; and under glass at the front desk but I was charged more than advertised. When I asked why, I was told the prices had increased. I was surprised and paid the new price and recalculated the tip based on the new price. I believe if your prices change, your website, anything with prices printed on it, and anything posted on the premises should all be updated immediately when the new prices go into effect. Also, when checking in, it should be mentioned that the prices have increased. I did not think the person at the front desk was professional about the price change at all and looking back I should have politely insisted on paying the advertised price.“

I reached out via Yelp and Guillermo got back to me right away with detailed pricing and a quote. I booked him the next morning for a mini detail with extra thorough vacuuming. He and his partner worked hard for 2 hours and the last time I saw my car this clean was when I bought it- My car looks amazing! He got every little corner, thorough vacuum and cleaning, and the smell is gone. Pricing is incredibly reasonable. I really look forward to having Nova Spa come on a regular basis.“
