Karen is the most wonderful vet. She has taken care of my horses since the 1970's in San Diego and than 80's in Santa Barbara CA till I left in 2016.

Karen Blumenshine has been my equine vet for over 24 years. She cared for the first horse I owned as an adult and all the horses I have owned and loved since. She has been there for us from acquisition (pre purchase exams) through well-care (love her prepaid wellness plans), injuries, illnesses and when the time comes she is kind and caring at the end of life. I feel very fortunate that my horses have had her as their vet all these years.
