When the Santa Barbara office made mistakes installing our system, we found they were unresponsive to our requests to fix their system and to reimburse for the damage they system caused to our house plumbing. After several months of documenting the damages and calling, sending them registered letters and emails, the information finally made it to corporate. Once corporate was involved, all issues were resolved quickly and fairly. My suggestion is that if you go with a system out of Santa Barbara and run into issues, go straight to HQ in San Diego.

Our filtered refrigerator water was tasting salty....of course the Rayne Water Softener was the likely suspect. I called Rayne for a service visit. Lucky for me, our system is still under warranty and the service technician, Juan, is amazing. Not only did Juan show up at the beginning of our time slot, he is pleasant, friendly, listens, explains things clearly, and works quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the excellent service he provided!

Our house came with a Rayne water softener when we bought it. It was already about 17 years old, but still working, even though it was past the usual lifespan. After living in our house for almost 2 years, it died, and there was no question that we'd replace it with another Rayne brand softener, since the first one lasted so long. They were able to install the new one within a few days, and the installer did a great job.
