The highest quality of work, regardless of size or scenario. It's the oldest shop in Santa Barbara, you don't achieve that accolade doing a shitty job. I've worked for them for almost 10 years they've all come up to snuff and then some. Definitely recommend them. -LD

R J Carroll employees from the initial phone call to the completion of the project are excellent. They are friendly, courteous, timely, and efficient. They even call you when they are on their way for the scheduled appointment.

Ramon came out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. He mentioned to me that the replacement faucet was not of very good quality. I purchased a higher grade faucet. I appreciate his honesty , competency, and politeness.
