I have had the absolute pleasure of working out at Prevail for about a year, and cannot say enough good things about the program and the team. I started when I was in the worst shape I’d ever been in, and was met with positivity, enthusiasm and encouragement, and a strong focus on meeting my body where it’s at in order to gain the strength and mobility I need to continue my active lifestyle as I make my way into middle age. I've enjoyed the challenges of each program, -every one with new patterns being mixed in with the staff demonstrating and correcting form along the way. However my favorite aspect of Prevail has been the encouragement and accountability from the coaches and the rest of the group. -If I'm honest, the sleds move a whole lot faster, those nordic curls and...read full review
