I have used Norvell Bass Cleaners for over 20 years, for both dry cleaning and alterations. I have absolutely no complaints. The dry cleaning and pressing are always excellent, with no chemical smell at all. The alterations may take a little time but have met my expectations for workmanship. The business is locally owned and run by a caring and experienced SB family. I like them very much and they make every effort to meet occasional short deadlines on both dry cleaning and alterations.

I'm sad to see the bad reviews, as I've not had a bad experience with this business. The owners are very understanding and knowledgeable.I love that it's is locally family owned and my clothes do not return with that gross chemical smell. Very reasonably priced considering the price of other cleaners in town. I highly recommend them!!
