Bryan, Dennis and team are AWESOME! I sourced 5 quotes for my job and picked their bid. I was very happy with my decision.Bryan showed up on time to the estimate and sent over the quote in a timely manner.On the day of the job, I received a text from Bryan asking permission for the crew to show up EARLY!! They showed up an hour early and that was crucial because they were able to complete the job that I thought would take 2 days, in ONE DAY!!I highly recommend this company and their services.I am happy to serve as a reference if Mayan Construction ever needs one!Thanks again for the GREAT WORK!- Ben

Working with Mayan for a fence and now a deck has been a dream. They are professional, courteous, and most importantly, do a GREAT JOB. We've really appreciated working with Dennis who is reliable and has great attention to detail, as well as a great team of guys who work fast (but don't give up quality). We will continue to use them for future outdoor projects. You definitely get what you pay for around Santa Barbara and Mayan is no different. I'm willing to pay a little more for someone who sees my vision, hears my concerns, and delivers in a timely manner. Thanks Mayan!
