Went to Dr. Maes, after moving to Santa Barbara area, to transfer my ongoing holistic treatment from LA functional medicine practitioner Dr. Hirani. I had heard good things about Maes Wellness Center, expert and comprehensive. I called and asked if they were familiar with functional medicine - science meets nutrition - answer: yes! I arrived with all diagnostic laboratory data, nutritional/holistic treatment of my relationship with former Dr., everything Maes needed to know to assess my experience and continue my treatment or not.
