My mac came down with a pretty tenacious virus. Called Rogier and it turned out that he was in the area and he came by the house within a few hours. Solved the problem and have had zero issues since. He also worked on my husband's computer 100% remotely the week prior. So happy knowing that he's out there! Can't recommend him highly enough.
