Tim is a busy guy and was booked out, but... I was camping in the area and needed an emergency repair or else the trip was done and we would have to return home. He made some suggestions, pointed me in the right direction for parts and saved the trip. I appreciate his willingness to assist even though it didn't generate any business for him.
Tim has now come to my location twice to work on my Airstream and he’s always been courteous, efficient and performed all the necessary maintenance perfectly. It’s so nice not having to hook up my trailer and drive to the Airstream dealer if I don’t have to.
We had trouble on our trip and so I called to see if anyone was available to help. The man who answered was so helpful and patient and walked me through some troubleshooting. Not only did he quickly solve our problem he even sent a few lunch recommendations while we were in town. Very friendly and helpful!
